If you are preparing for childbirth or regaining your body afterwards, Alejandra’s pre/post natal training programs will help to restore and improve your physical well-being. Whether choosing a private training program or a small group setting we will ensure your physical goals are met through safe, smart and advanced methods.

Prenatal or Postnatal Customized One-On-One Training

For optimal results, nothing beats our One on One training that is tailored to your specific needs and abilities, compensations and strengths. Alejandra will build on your skills and create positive movement habits to prevent injury and maintain balance, with training sessions that are rooted in her expertise as a pre/post natal trainer.

Pre/Postnatal Combination Packages

Prenatal Fitness

Pregnancy can be both exciting and overwhelming. We will help you with the physiological and emotional challenges of pregnancy and prepare for your child’s birth with various relaxation, breathing and strength building strategies. Topics include:
